Bro. Jay McCasland is our serving DOM with 40 years experience as a pastor since 1968. He has
pastored churches in Texas as well as Oklahoma.  His father was a pioneer preacher to the oil fields
of west Texas.  Bro. Jay was raised going from oil camp to oil camp with his dad starting churches. 
In 1960 he went into the Marines and served his country during Viet Nam.  He married the former
Carolyn Bartlett from Okemah, Oklahoma and have three sons serving the Lord in their respective
places of ministry:  Kevin in Marble Falls, Texas; Gregg in Longview, Texas; and, Rodney in Nashville,
Tennessee.  They are the proud grandparents of five grandchildren.  Bro. Jay was a mission's director
to Old Mexico through the First Baptist Church of Brownsville, Texas.  He has served in many associa-
tional offices and served as an Evangelist for two years as well as a Chaplain with Market Place Ministries.
He currently has a strong prison ministry and helps as a Chaplain to the Longview Police Department
and Longview Regional Hospital.  He keeps us focused in the right direction leading with a passionate
calling from the Lord to bring our member churches together and so win the lost to Christ.
